woodworking gun stock

Where can I lower arm part of the shares for a 12 gauge shotgun Perfection single shot him?
I have an old 12 gauge s / s shotgun that forestock missing the wood. The only marking on the gun is the word "perfection" stamped on the receiver. I know it's not a real valuable weapon, but it has some sentimental value. Is there a source for "Generic" stocks? I have some experience in woodworking, and probably it could possibly . Change
Your weapon was made 1891-1910 by the WH Davenport Arms Co. in between. You can check the Numrich Arms website for a replacement forend, but I fear that the age of it makes it extremely difficult to find an authentic setting. Not only would you need to make the wood face plate, but you would need a find proper locking latch for them as well. I have no knowledge of "generic" side-by-side forends available to you to be in a position to the Change, but I will check to see what I can repost for you and if I come with nothing. Good luck –

Since you found this site, you must enjoy working with wood. And if you’re like me, you’ve probably spent hundreds of hard-earned dollars on wood plans and projects that turned out to be disappointing (or maybe even disastrous!). Maybe you’ve halted projects in mid-stream because of frustration or from running out of ideas. To read more, please click here:Woodworking4Home
