2×2 Oak for a workbench?

I built a workbench base of oak 2×2's. The top is 2 "of MDF. If the base is strong enough to make a decent Woodworking / Artisan Bank. Is she strong enough to mount a 70 lb. vise?

Not enough information, it all depends on how well they braced is. Regard! Regard! Regard! To test, you could be sitting the bench at the corner and rock back and forth. If the bank is moving ever forget. By the way, if the bank is well it was not built at the end on the ground and injure themselves. Regard! Regard! Regard!
